This is not your average sweet-and-sour soup. It is subtly sweet and creamy from the coconut cream, tangy from freshly squeezed limes, and balanced with the saltiness from fish sauce to round it all out. It is also infused with a whole medley of Thai herbs, like lemongrass and galangal. This Bangkok-styled soup, served with chicken or shrimp, can easily compete with its more famous cousin, Tom Yam, anytime. We decided to make it from scratch this Winter, providing a source of warmth for you in these coming cold days. As always, let us know if you want us to spice it up.
